Product Description
The LampaTronics 8-Channel 5V Serial Control Relay Module is a compact, professional relay control board designed for controlling 8 independent electrical loads using a simple 3-wire serial interface.
The module uses DIN, CLK, and LAT control signals, allowing a microcontroller or digital control system to send relay commands using a shift-register-style serial interface. An additional OUT, CLK, and LAT connector allows the serial data to be passed to another module, making the system suitable for daisy-chain expansion.
The board includes 8 individual relays, each with its own status LED, and provides screw-terminal connections for the relay contacts. Separate +5V/GND power terminals are provided for convenient system wiring.
Its compact design makes it suitable for automation systems, embedded controllers, industrial prototypes, lighting control, pump control, motor control, and custom electronic projects.

Interface
Serial Input
The module provides a 3-pin input connector:
Pin Function DIN Serial Data Input CLK Serial Clock LAT Latch
The controller sends the relay control data through DIN, synchronizes the data using CLK, and transfers the received data to the relay outputs using LAT.
